This past year has been a struggle like none other for every single human on this planet. We have seen a Pandemic, an actual pandemic take us all our of social living and put us in quarantine. We have been afraid, alone, stressed, and in some cases cranky. Politics, a super virus, new normals, masks and social divide. That is a perfect storm. But somehow we can all come together and find solace. Somehow we will make it.
This past year we were not sure if we would have the chance to open. We kept a close eye on what was happening with Covid, how the city and other social events were going to pan out. But we just jumped. We took that step and opened. It was incredibly scary at first. Why you ask? well our soft launch literally only had 4 vendors and one of those even left us early. I personally was afraid that we were looking at an exceptionally tall hill. But each week we showed up. met the community and persevered. We gained more vendors, met amazing people and had a truly wonderful season.
We gained our not for profit status, which was a huge milestone for us. We are going into this year with plans for success and can only hope to continue to grow. Like i always say Owasso deserves the best and we hope to live up to that. We do still need you though! We need you to share the stories, the posts, the page. We need you to get involved.
