Applications and Guidelines

Application: FAQs

General Information

  • There are some guideline and operational changes to be aware of. Guidelines are posted at the bottom of this section. 

  • We are currently not accepting Season Vendors at this time due to time left in the season. We are accepting some spotlites, with exceptions. No CANDLES, SOAPS, SOURDOUGH, HONEY, MEAT, TUMBLERS, FRESHIES, JAMS. If you have questions please email us. 

  • The full season for 2024 is May 4th to October 5th. New Hours are 8am to 12 pm

  • The Fees:-

    • Season Fee 40.00. Some spots will be on pavement but not under pavilion, these will require tents. 

    • Weekly fees are 10% of sales with a 10.00 cap. No sales = no Fee that week. Weekly fees are different from the Seasonal fees. 

  • All Booth applications are subject to Board Approval. 

  • We do accept Community Information booths for no fee. These booths are community based educational and non profits. We do not allow political based booths, firearm information or marijuana/tobacco information. 

  • Space provided is aprox.10x10 unless a special request is made. If you require a larger space your season or spot lite fee will be increased. 

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, tents and licensing.

  • Space under the pavilion fills up fast and is not a guarantee. Once your application is approved we will email our a map to select your spot. Returning vendors may be reassigned spaces for the 2024 season. 

  • Spot lite vendors are one time vendor experiences to see if the market would be a good fit for your business. Please read guidelines for more information 

  • Our three big season events are Opening Day, National Farmers Market Week/Backyard BBQ and Oklahoma Makers Market. The later will have their own application below, if you are a season vendor you will not need to fill out these applications, just the season application

What application should i use?

  • If you want to a trial run to see how things go: Spotlite Application

  • If you know you want to be a full season vendor: Season Vendor Application

  • Market week and Makers Market have individual applications. Those will be activated when the time gets closer.

  • Food Truck inquiries: use the last option at the bottom.

How do I set up a business?

You will need to apply for a Sole Proprietorship or whatever fits your needs with the Oklahoma Secretary of State then you will need to file for a Tax ID w/ the Tax Commission.

2024 Guidelines

We have made some updates to our guidelines. When you click the document to the right it may download to your computer w/ the name  "Copy of 2023" but please note it is in fact 2024, the site just changed the file name for some reason....

If you own a food truck and would be interested in setting up to vend during market hours, please email us for details. We can supply you a letter of approval that you will need to have filed with the City of Owasso.

You will also be responsible for your Food Truck permit with the City of Owasso.
